For children too, too many children are eating too much and too little, moving the children are already seeing the consequences of a lack of physical activity and unhealthy eating habits. But the bad news is that a lot of numbers of children are carrying excess body weight. Excess weight increases significantly the risk factors for our children for a wide range of health problems, including heart disease, asthma and mental health problems and emotional. This excess weight leads to an increase in the number of children suffering from type 2 diabetes.
