Some people like having music playing while you're training, if you're one of those people and have a spare radio or a CD player, make room for this where it is easy to get to-you better be free stuff on your body, for example, headsets, phones, etc., as it can distract you while exercising that bother dropping and breaking them and a firmordinary, radio or CD player works just as well. Maybe a TV and video player for training videos or just to watch while you're training is a must for you. Consider where to put them. Of course if your TV does not put the sleepy-then one in your home gym, but if it keeps you entertained while training can be a good idea to integrate one into your fitness room.
