What is reflexology?

at 6:40 AM

It is a massage technique that is used only on foot. The theory behind reflexology is that your feet are linked in every part of the human body, and vice versa. These techniques are used on the feet and, sometimes, ions of the hands and ears as well. It was developed 5,000 years ago, and people are not sure where exactly it was developed. There is evidence that it was used in Oriental and Egyptian society at the time.

Every part of our body (organs, glands) is connected to a region on our feet. Reflexology targets problems dealing with the area on the foot corresponding to the affected area. For example, if you check back, neck or shoulder tension then the Reflexologist focused inside the border of your feet.
