The best way to deal with back stiffness

Back problems might be worrying if you do not really know the best way to handle the situation. Here are some pointers to help you deal with the issue in a certain way.

Most of us spend a lot of time sitting at your desk or on your PC. The way in which we sit has much to do with the status of our back. The seating position wrong may end up in uncomfortable sciatic and other forms of rigidity.
