How to achieve a healthy lifestyle

at 4:00 PM
We all know that it is good to live healthy. Living a healthy life means eating healthy food that helps detox, get enough sleep and exercise, to be moderated with alcohol, sugar and fats. Yet for many of us maintain a healthy lifestyle is very difficult. This is because we are creatures of habit.
We are a bit like machines. Create a template, and if we follow this pattern long enough it becomes a habit.
So to unlearn a habit you must create a new one.
So if you want to live a healthy life, you must replace your habits that are not so healthy with healthy ones. In order to Detox your body you must replace the habit to eat lots of fatty foods and eat healthy food unhealthy with detoxification. To feel less tired, you have to replace his habit of sleeping only 4 hours per day for at least 6 hours per day.
Now the error that many people make when they decide to live a healthier life is to radically change their lifestyles. They seek to address all their habits all at once. Or are too drastic. The best example of this is with people trying to lose weight. Go on a diet that is serious enough, and Yes, they do lose weight. Sometimes a lot of weight in a short period of relative. But really don't change their eating habits. Only for a short while. Thus it often happens that these people note that gain the weight back and more once you stop with the diet. Their old habits have not changed, they are lurking in the shadows, waiting for the moment to pounce on you, once you stop with the diet.
And the same goes for people who start exercising to lose weight or to pass a physical problem. Once the problem has been exceeded or the weight has been lost, many stop the exercise. It has become a habit.
A lot of habits that promote a healthy lifestyle, how to eat foods that help to detox, regular exercise and not enough sleep, eating habits that people look forward to create. People associate these habits too disturbing, tedious, difficult to achieve, taking time, so that they have less time to spend on things that they like to do. So a change of mindset, or rather, binding must be created. What happens if you thought of chocolate as boring food, food that lets your lazy body inside and suck? What happens if you thought of exercise as a fun, relaxed, more relaxed as sitting on the sofa watching Tv?
