A Super Healthy Summer Body Is My Order

Summer is nearly here, are you on track to be the healthiest you have ever been? Most likely not so here are some tips to get you looking feeling and performing at your best.

SET A GOAL - by this I mean something that really excites you THE DREAM. Why try to achieve something you know you can. That's not exciting is it? Set yourself your dream goal. Anything is possible when you set your mind to it. Don't look for reasons why you can't achieve it, look at what you have to do, to achieve it. Act now constantly striving for improvement that never ends.


TELL EVERYONE - When you know what you want to achieve tell everyone 'this is what I am going to achieve' Not only will they motivate you but you wont want to let them down so you will work harder.

PLAN - Plan exactly what exercise your going to do and exactly what you are going to eat. FAIL TO PLAN, PLAN TO FAIL. If you don't have structure within your diet you're going to cheat and eat crap. If you don't have structure in your workouts then you're just guessing. This is your dream goal so don't guess, decide what you need to do and do it.

WATER - Do not underestimate the power of water. Water is your miracle juice this is the key to nearly all problems. Keep your self hydrated minimum 1 litre per 50 pounds of body weight per day.


HAPPY PEOPLE - If you're constantly surrounded by people/friends that are negative. Saying 'You can't do that', 'that's not you'. Make new friends don't hang around with people that stop you from achieving your dream. The way the people around you act will rub off on you.

RELAX ZZZ - You need sleep and you need rest, but these are not the same thing. Before going to bed you want to have, wind down time to get into a relaxed state before bed. Try to be in a dim lit area try reading a book. When you go to bed you want to get on average 8 hours of sleep where you don't wake up. If often you wake up in the middle of the night try taking 400mg of magnesium (not oxide versions). Go for a walk on your lunch break this will separate the day up and give you some time to recover from life's stresses that are making you unhealthy.
